The American Tutoring Center is a listing service for tutors, special education teachers and school psychologists and does not enter into any contracts or agreements with the students.

All tutoring contracts are made directly between the student and the tutor tutors collect fees from the students.

No responsibility will be taken by The American Tutoring Center for any problems that may arise between the student and tutor or school psychologist. However, all complaints against them will be taken seriously and after one or more complaints they may be removed from the list, at the discretion of The American Tutoring Center.

It is up to the student to check the credentials of each individual tutor or school psychologist hired. The American Tutoring Center takes no responsibility for the accuracy of credentials claimed by them.
