Dear student.

Welcome to this  introductory page and thank you for considering to take part in this important study on career choices of 12th graders in Florida. This page leads to a questionnaire which has been designed to get information from you, and adolescents of your age, about your choice of school or occupation in the next year, or years. Students in your school and several other high schools in Florida are participating in this survey.

Participation is voluntary and has no impact to grades if you don’t choose to participate. You do not have to write your name anywhere and the information you give will be used only for research purposes and in ways that will not reveal who you are.

 

You can terminate your participation in the study at any time, even after you have provided some information. This is in accordance with rules about researches of this kind where all given answers will be held in strict confidentiality.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes and by clicking “Go to the questionnaire” you will be taken to the survey.
